ABERDEEN, S.D. (APD Facebook Post) – On June 12, 2019 the Aberdeen Police Department received information that stolen credit card accounts were being used at numerous area businesses.

Police located one male suspect in the 200 block of 6th Avenue SW. Another male was located on a traffic stop which occurred in the 1600 block of 6th Ave SW.

Police seized 6 cloned credit cards which were linked to stolen accounts and seized an unspecified amount of cash.

Pedro Pablo Pastrana, age 30 of Miami, Florida, was arrested and charged with grand theft and obtaining property with a false credit card.

Carlos Miguel Moreno Vazques, age 29 of Miami, Florida, was arrested and charged with grand theft.
