YANKTON, S.D. (WNAX) – Representative Ryan Cwach of Yankton says his first legislative session in Pierre was a learning experience, which he tried to put to good use.

Cwach says despite some bills falling short, he plans to bring them back next year.

Cwach, a Democrat, says he promised new ideas.
