Jesse Spangler Re-Writes PC Baseball Record Books

ABERDEEN, SD ( – Jesse Spangler (SR/Holbrook, AZ) has definitely made a name for himself in the Presentation College baseball record book. In fact, the Holbrook, AZ, native has re-written nearly the entire offensive side of the book since he first put on a green and gold uniform back in 2015.

Never mind that he played an integral role in the team’s winningest season a year ago or that he was a part of the team that made the first appearance in the NSAA Conference Tournament title game in program history. This is about a player who has decided to make his mark and ‘etch’ his name at the top of the list… in multiple categories.

Spangler holds the career-record at PC for hits (253), RBI (121), home runs (28), doubles (42), runs (158), total bases (399), batting average (.369) and slugging percentage (.582). Spangler was also just four triples away from tying the record of 14 set by Jarred Koopman during the 2006-09 seasons.

Although Spangler has exhausted his collegiate eligibility, he hopes to continue his time on the diamond in some way.
