Noem says if state revenues improve, three priorities should be funded

PIERRE, S.D. (WNAX) – South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem says if state revenues continue to improve, there are three priorities that should be funded.

Noem, in a news conference after her State of the State speech this week, says there is some time before the final budget has to be passed.

Noem says she is willing to work with legislators on spending priorities.

The Appropriations Committees in each chamber have begun budget hearings with state departments and agencies.
