Thune says replacing Affordable Care Act unlikely

WASHINGTON, D.C. (WNAX) – Amid pushback from Capitol Hill, President Trump switched gears again, suggesting he never wanted Congress to vote to replace the Affordable Care Act until after the 2020 election.

South Dakota Senator John Thune says it’s hard to keep up with the President at times.

Thune says it would be difficult to move any big overhaul of the Affordable Care Act.

Thune says there are other healthcare reforms underway.

Thune says many of the healthcare proposals have bipartisan support.
