Falling Water Levels on the Missouri

WNAX (Yankton): Levels on the Missouri River are falling both upstream and downstream. Mike Swenson, a hydraulic engineer with the Corps of Engineers in Omaha, says releases from Gavins Point Dam will be dropped some this week. Swenson says Ft.
