ABERDEEN, SD (NSUWolves.com) – The Northern State University baseball team has shifted their weekend contests against Dakota Wesleyan and Minnesota State. The Wolves’ road non-conference games against the Tigers, scheduled for March 14 have been canceled and will not be rescheduled.

Due to continued winter weather, the Wolves’ opening NSIC series at Minnesota State has been pushed up a day and moved to Minneapolis and the confines of US Bank Stadium. Northern will open with a doubleheader on Thursday, March 16, beginning at 5 p.m. from US Bank Stadium. Should the doubleheader series not conclude before 10 p.m., the game will halt and be restarted the following day. The teams are slated to begin at 5:30 a.m. on Friday, March 17 with either a single 9-inning game or the conclusion of Thursday’s doubleheader and the single 9-inning game.
