NSU Swimmer Heading to Nationals

(NSUWolves.com) – Northern State’s Lilly Grebner will cap a stellar freshman campaign with a trip to the NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships at the IU Natatorium in Indianapolis. The Wolves’ swimmer will compete in the 200-yard IM on Wednesday, March 8th, and the 200-yard butterfly on Friday, March 10th.

Grebner has consistently been one of the top swimmers in the NSIC and NCAA Division II this season having won conference titles in the 200-yard butterfly (2:05.01), 100-yard IM (57.83), 200-yard IM (2:04.31), and 400-yard IM (4:27.90). Her NCAA B-Cut qualifying times and personal-best times in each event are 2:04.65 in the 200-yard butterfly and 2:03.84 in the 200-yard IM. Entering the NCAA Championships her times rank 22nd nationally in the 200-yard IM and 29th in the 200-yard butterfly. Grebner will become only the third individual swimmer in program history to qualify for the NCAA Championships and the first since 2019.
