Aberdeen, SD (PCSaints.com) – The Presentation College Saints started their season off in the Dome Tournament #1 against Doane University Tigers. The Saints dropped their season opener to Doane 0-2. The Saints are 0-1 on the season.
The season opener was a pitcher’s duel between the Saints and Tigers. The only runs allowed by the Saints came on a homer that scored two runs in the bottom of the sixth. With the tournament format the Tigers were the home team and hung on to their two run lead to shut out the Saints in the season opener.

Aberdeen, SD (PCSaints.com) – The Presentation College Saints took on Morningside University in game two of their season on day one of the Dome Tournament #1. The Saints dropped the second game of the day to the Mustangs by a score of Saints 2 Mustangs 12 in five innings. The Saints are now 0-2 on the season.
The Saints batted first and got off to a quick start scoring two runs in the top of the first inning. The first run was a single by Camille Vestal (JR/Madera, CA) scoring Cassy Loa (JR/San Diego, CA). The second run was scored by Camille Vestal when Bella Pinotti (JR/Las Vegas, NV) doubled her in. Morningside answered back with a two run homer and a RBI double in the bottom of the first to take a 3-2 lead. Morningside then scored again in the second with a fly out RBI and a three run home run for a four run second inning. Morningside then singled in a run in the bottom of the third. Morningside scored four more runs in the bottom of the fourth inning to cap scoring in the game.

Aberdeen, SD (PCSaints.com) – For the second time is as many days the Saints took on the Tigers of Doane University at the Dome Tournament #1. The Saints fell to the Tigers at a score of 2 – 13 in five innings. The Saints are now 0-3 overall on the young season.
The Tigers got off to a hot start scoring eight runs in the top of the first inning. The Saints answered back with a single homerun off the bat of Camille Vestal (JR/Madera, CA) in the bottom on the first. The Tigers scored the last of their runs with five in the top of the third inning. The Saints wrapped up their scoring with a double of the bat of Victoria Vau (SR/Ukiah, CA) that scored Isabella Proctor (FR/San Tan Valley, AZ). The game ended after five innings with the final score Saints 2 Tigers 13.
