Groton Girls Invite w/ Aberdeen Roncalli, Aberdeen Central, Milbank, Redfield, Sisseton + TZ.

In Groton on Monday, the Tigers hosted an invite with many local teams, and the Aberdeen squads turned in three top five finishes. The Cavaliers posted the medalist for the afternoon as Claire Crawford carded an 88. Her teammate Grace Seyer placed 4^th with a 98. Aberdeen Central saw a stellar performance from another Grace, Grace Schwan carded an 97, good for third place. Carly Guthmiller of Groton Area was three shots back of Crawford for 3^rd place.

• Collectively the Cavs won the invite, followed by Groton, Milbank and Aberdeen Central respectively.

Region 5B Girls Tournament @ Broadland Creek CC [Huron, SD] w/ Eureka/Bowdle, Edmunds Central, Faulkton Area, Herreid/SA, Ipswich, Miller, Potter County & Sully Buttes

– On Monday the Region 5B meet was held in Huron and on the girls side, the Miller Rustlers once again took first place to win region for the third consecutive season; freshman Jayce Pugh was the medalist once again, as she completed her very own three-peat.

– On the gentleman side, the Chargers of Sully Buttes took 1^st place, freshman Gavin Colson of the Chargers was the medalist, carding an 82 for the afternoon.
