Des Moines, IA (NSUWolves.com) – A small group of Northern State University track and field Wolves took on the Drake Relays on Friday. The crew tallied three top-20 finishes from the large scale meet.
MEN’S HIGHLIGHTS
- The 4x100m relay team of Noah Bayer, Joel Matehs, Isaac Olson, and Seth Martens took 21st with a time of 42.56
- The 4x200m relay squad of Bayer, Chase Domier, Olson, and Matehs added a 19th place finish with a time of 1:30.90
WOMEN’S HIGHLIGHTS
- Renea Taylor took eighth in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:00.22
- Taylor added a tenth place finish in the 100m, racing to a time of 11.94
BEYOND THE RESULTS
- Taylor’s 400m hurdles mark broke into the top-10 nationally, ranking her eighth with the provisional mark
