  • Northern tallied a match high 52 digs and added 37 kills, 33 assists, six blocks and five aces
  • NSU held CSP to a .231 attack percentage, well below their season average of .307 heading into the match
  • Sally Gaul led the team with a double-double of 11 kills and 11 digs, while Keri Walker notched a double-double of 26 assists and 12 digs
  • Three Wolves recorded multiple blocks in the match, while four notched double figure digs
  • NSU ends the season w/ a mark of 18-11 overall

  • The Mustangs served up just one ace to ten errors & the Huskies extended their season w/ a sweep of SMSU. The Huskies led in digs, 50-38, and out-hit SMSU .283-.214.   • Augustana tied the NSIC Tourney record w/ 82 kills as they turned in a shocking upset of top-seed & 2nd-ranked Wayne State College in five sets. AU out-hit WSC .263-.191 thanks to an amazing defensive performance that saw the Vikings hold a 103-74 lead in digs. The Vikes got the win despite giving up 16 service errors to go w/ just five aces. WSC sits at #1 in the Central Region rankings, now falling to 23-2 in the region this year. CSP (who is ranked 2nd) is 20-4 w/ the win over NSU earlier in the day, and UMD is at 22-3 in 3rd.

  • SCSU claimed a spot in the NSIC Title bout w/ CSP by sweeping the upset-minded Vikes. The Huskies only led in attack percentage in the 3rd set, yet still squeaked out the sweep. AU had a rough day serving w/ two aces to nine errors, while SCSU was strong w/ six aces & only two errors.

  • The Huskies locked up an auto-bid to the NCAA Tourney w/ an impressive 5-set win over CSP at their place. The Golden Bears held a .308-.288 lead in attack %age, piled up four more blocks, seven more digs, and had four more points overall. CSP piled up 17 service errors, while SCSU finished w/ 12.
