South Dakota seeking death penalty for Joseph Hoek

FLANDREAU, S.D.(KELO)- The state is seeking the death penalty against Joseph Hoek. Hoek is accused of intentionally running down Moody County Chief Deputy Kenneth Prorok during a high speed chase. Pierre Airport to work on runway reconstruction project
