Legislature’s Appropriations Committee Federal Funds Update

SD Dept of Health reports 2 new COVID-19 related deaths

PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio.com) – The state reported 2 new COVID-related deaths, while active cases & hospitalizations decreased, according to figures released by the South Dakota Department of Health. Governor Rhoden vetoes HB1077

PIERRE, S.D.(Press Release) –On Monday, Governor Larry Rhoden charted a compromise on the issue of cell-cultured protein. In pursuit of this compromise, the Governor VETOED House Bill 1077 and advocated for an amended version of Senate Bill 124. PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The South Dakota Senate on Monday debated SB122.  The bill as amended would establish the crime of failure to summon aid for a suicide attempt and provide a penalty therefor.
