Brown County Commission receive Grandstand Bids for the next five years

ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Tuesday, the Brown County Commission received a bid on the Grandstand for the next five years. Brown County Fair Manager Rachel Kippley: Kippley recommend to approve but explains that contracts still need to be done. Brown County Commission approved the bid.
