Tuition reciprocity agreement expires between South Dakota & Minnesota

PIERRE, S.D.(KELO)- A long-standing tuition reciprocity agreement between South Dakota and Minnesota has come to an end. The South Dakota Board of Regents decided to discontinue the arrangement, which allowed students to attend across state lines without having to pay out-of-state tuition rates.
