House Education recommend Do Not Pass on HB1089(School meal funding)

Watertown man charged with Sexual Penetration by a Psychotherapist

WATERTOWN, S.D.(KWAT)–A Watertown man who is a licensed psychologist is facing felony charges related to alleged sexual contact with a person he’d been counseling.
