Joseph Hoek charged with first degree murder & eluding charges

MADISON, S.D.(KELO)- A Moody County Grand Jury has indicted murder suspect Joseph Hoek on First Degree Murder and Eluding charges. Senate Commerce & Energy Committee passes SB208(Future Fund bill)
