American Lung Association gives state has failing grades on tobacco

PIERRE, S.D. (KMIT) – The American Lung Association recently released the 18th annual State of Tobacco Control report. The report found that South Dakota had mostly failing grades on its efforts to reduce and prevent tobacco use. Pat McKone is with the American Lung Association.

She says vaping and e-cigarettes impacted this year’s study results.
