ABERDEEN, S.D. (Press Release) – The Annual Pheasants Forever Fall Shootout is set for Friday, Oct. 18 at the AmericInn Lodge and Suites Hotel.

Doors open at 5 p.m. Funds raised support youth events, education and pheasant habitat. The evening coincides with the Regular Pheasant Hunting Opener on Saturday.

Chris Goldade, President of the Northern South Dakota Chapter of Pheasants Forever, talked about the event.

He said that there is no admission and that there is no membership to Pheasants Forever required.

Goldade said there is a cost for the food and a cash bar will be available, but funds are primarily raised through the auction.
