SDSU Extension hosting open house meetings in Aberdeen, Faulkton Friday

BROOKINGS, S.D. (Press Release) – SDSU Extension is hosting open house meetings in eight South Dakota locations to address the current state of farming due to excessive moisture. These meetings will be come-and-go style with no formal presentations. Bring your questions and concerns regarding forages, cover crop mixtures, herbicides, insurance, delayed planting, etc. Experts will be on hand to answer questions, and offer further resources.

Meetings scheduled for Friday, June 21 include one from 10 a.m. to noon at the Faulkton City Hall Meeting Room, and another from 2 to 4 p.m. at the K.O. Lee Aberdeen Public Library.

These meetings are free and open to the public. No registration is required.
