Jeff Kippley looks ahead as VP of the National Farmers Union

SCOTTSDALE, A.Z.(HubCityRadio)- On Monday, Aberdeen resident Jeff Kippley was elected to his second term as Vice President of the National Farmers Union.

Kippley reflect back on his first term as VP.

Kippley looks ahead to what he and the group hope to accomplish starting with addressing price transparency.

Kippley hopes to see more competitive balance between the large and small packers across the country.

Kippley also address the issue of MCOOL(Mandatory Country of Origin Labeling).

Kippley discuss hoping to make E30 on a more permament basis going forward.

E30 is scheduled to be implemented beginning in the summer of 2025.  Kippley hopes to see that coming up this summer.

Kippley discuss SB201 that deals with local control & now the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission has the final say on that matter.

Kippley’s term as VP runs for two years.
