WATERTOWN, S.D.(KWAT)–As strange weather days go, Monday would rank right up there for Watertown, especially considering it was weather occurring in late February.
Watertown saw thunder, lightning, rain, pea-sized hail, and there was even a weak tornado called a landspout that was spotted southeast of town.
On Tuesday, there’s thick fog that has made road conditions slippery and visibilities down to a quarter-mile or less.
On Monday, in Aberdeen around 1:45pm, parts of the city saw pea size hail was seen in the city. Officially .15 of rain fell in the city of Aberdeen.
