ABERDEEN, S.D.(Hub City Radio)- Brown County Highway Superintendent Dirk Rogers provided an update on the Women’s Building at the Brown County Fairgrounds.

Rogers informed the Brown County Commission that the location will not be put on a historical preservation status.

The second item was the asbestos results.  Rogers informed the commission that no asbestos exist.

Brown County Commissioner Duane Sutton talked about the City of Aberdeen’s stance on the building.

Demolition of the building can start in the next two weeks.
