Noem to speak at activation ceremony in Aberdeen

PIERRE, S.D. (Press Release) – Governor Kristi Noem will speak at the activation ceremony for the South Dakota Army National Guard’s 1-147th Field Artillery on Sunday, Sept. 1 in Aberdeen. The event will take place at 2 p.m. at Golden Eagles Arena at Aberdeen Central High School.
