ABERDEEN, S.D.(Press Release) –The 2024 TEAM Conference is scheduled for October 17 at the Aberdeen Ramkota Hotel Convention Center. TEAM stands for Talent Engagement, Acquisition and Management.
This one-day conference is open to business owners, employers, human resource professionals, managers, and employees from Aberdeen and the surrounding area. Hosted by the Aberdeen Area Chamber of Commerce’s Workforce & Education Committee and Aberdeen Area Human Resources Association, the agenda for the day includes three inspiring keynote speeches and 10 breakout sessions is designed to help build stronger business climates and advance recruitment and retention efforts in the Aberdeen area.
The kick off keynote speaker is Vaney Hariri of Think 3D Solutions. Vaney is the co-founder of Think 3D Solutions and the co-author of Think 3D – A Radical New Approach to Maximizing the Potential of Your Team. He has been helping people develop intentional cultures for over 15 years. In addition, Dr. Thom Flamboe, Spearfish Police Department will present “Do we Dare Laugh” and Amber Henderson of NSU will speak on “Unlocking Workforce Creativity.” Other breakout topics include:
