Texas judge rule South Dakota & 20 other states don’t have to abide by greenhouse gas emission standards

PIERRE, S.D.(KCCR)- South Dakota and 20 other states will not have to abide by greenhouse gas emission standards set out by the Federal Highway Administration.  South Dakota Department of Transportation legal council Karla Engle says rules specifically targeted state transportation agencies. SIOUX FALLS, S.D.(KOKK)- The deadline to turn in petitions for a recreational marijuana measure is rapidly approaching.
