PIERRE, S.D.(KCCR)- More work is planned to make repairs to the interior of the South Dakota State Capitol and at no extra cost to taxpayers.  The Capitol Complex Beautification and Restoration Commission approved extending restoration work in the Rotunda down through the Rotunda.  Deputy State Engineer Kristine Day says the new scope would take restoration… Read more »
