David “Dave” Moen, 80, of Waubay, passed away Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Prairie Lakes Hospital, Watertown. Funeral services will be held 10:30am Friday, July 31, 2026, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Waubay. Interment will be at the Lakewood Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-7pm Thursday, July 30, 2026, at the funeral home.
