FAULKTON, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – The 45th Annual Faulkton Arts and Crafts Festival will take place Saturday, Oct. 19. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The festival was started as a fundraiser and continues in that role today, according to Beverly King, co-chair of the event. She said that proceeds also help to cover the cost of several murals painted throughout town.

There will be slightly fewer vendors at this year’s festival, due to construction at the school.

King said that people travel from all across the region to attend the event.
