YANKTON, S.D.(WNAX)- Federal infrastructure dollars will soon be flowing to the Lewis & Clark Regional Water System.

Executive Director Troy Larson says the Bureau of Reclamation notified them of their incoming payment.

Larsons says they plan to put the money to work quickly.

Larson says they will soon have an idea how much the money will cover.

The system pipes water to towns and cities in South Dakota, Iowa and Minnesota from wells near the Missouri River south of Vermillion.
