PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Thursday, The South Dakota House passed SB16 dealing with the railline from Sisseton to Milbank.

Representative Fred Deutsch of Florence talked about the bill.

Representative Joe Donnell of Sisseton talks about an elevator ready to go if this is approved.

The House approved on a 53-16 vote.  The South Dakota Senate approved on a 27-3 vote.  The bill now heads to the Governor’s desk for her signature.
