ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – Aberdeen received more than an inch of rain and dealt with a wind gust higher than 70 miles per hour when a storm moved through the area this morning.
Steve Fleegel, Meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Aberdeen said rainfall totals varied a bit, but measured more than an inch.
He said that the strongest wind gust was clocked at 78 miles per hour.
The storm maintained a persistent pace as it moved from west to east across the northern part of the state.
