PIERRE, S.D.(KELO)- Governor Noem will give her annual budget address in three weeks.
When she does, she’s expected to have some ideas on how to spend the rest of the state’s COVID Relief money from the federal government.
State Finance and Management Commissioner Jim Terwilliger says of the nearly One-billion dollars offered, there’s about 105-million left to spend.
The remaining money has to be obligated by the end of next year and spent by the end of 2026.
