ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)-  At Monday night’s city council meeting, the City of Aberdeen announced an agreement to purchase property from the Presentation Sisters that was previously used for Presentation College.

Aberdeen City Attorney Ron Wager discuss the lease agreement with the Presentation Sisters.

Wager talked about how the negotiations went with the Presentation Sisters.

Wager discuss the cost for the properties that includes the dome & the Strode Center.

Aberdeen Mayor Travis Schaunaman praised the Presentation Sisters for their continued support of the city.

The City Council approved the sale on an 8-0 vote.
