ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Brown County Commission decided on the bids Tuesday on the cost to replace the roof at the Holum Expo building at the Brown County Fairgrounds.  The two bids came from North Central Steel Systems of Aberdeen & MLC Construction of Worthing, S.D.

Brown County Fair Manager Rachel Kippley offered the board’s recommendation.
