ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Brown County Republicans hosted a Candidate Forum on Monday night.  Candidates looking to represent Districts 1, 3, & 23 appeared for it.  We will focus on District 23 Senate candidates.

Mark Lapka talks about his motivation to run for the seat.

The CO2 pipeline topics was discussed including the issues with SB201 that deals with local control.

Lapka explains his opposition to the bill.

Roseland talks about the issue of setbacks that are currently in place in his county which is Faulk County.
