SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — President of the South Dakota Farmer’s Union, Doug Sombke, reacting to China’s latest shot in the trade war, says:

China has announced it will no longer purchase any U.S. farm products.

Sombke doesn’t think Beijing is bluffing so there are even tougher times ahead for the agriculture economy. He says President Trump’s trade strategy is not working. 

Sombke says this ban is going to affect hometown South Dakota, just not the family farmer.
