Representative Scott Moore talks about his campaign for District 23

ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- District 23 Representative Scott Moore appeared on the KSDN Midday Report Wednesday to talk about his campaign to be re-elected for that seat.

Moore signed the petition looking to repeal SB201 that deals with local control.  He talks about how this could have an impact on projects beside just pipelines.

Moore explains why he’s a firm believer of local control.

Moore is a pro-life candidate & when asked about Amendment G that deals with abortion, he explains why he can’t accept the will of the voters if approved.

Another ballot measure is the repeal of the food tax.  Moore was asked how this could impact the sales tax which is at 4.2% but has a sunset clause to put it back to 4.5% in 2026.

Moore was asked to distinguished himself against his opponents Representate J.D. Wangsness & challenger Spencer Gosch.
