WATERTOWN, S.D.(KXLG)-  Another resident spoke at Monday night’s Watertown City Council meeting to share an unfortunate incident with another dog that, in the end, caused the death of his dog. He was seeking any potential ordinance changes that could help future incidents.

Richard Dunn explains more to the council.

Dunn spoke about meeting with the Animal Board and Watertown Police Department.

Dunn was hopeful it would be possible to memorialize Chloe.

Deputy Mayor Councilman Randy Tupper responded as he was present during the Animal Board meeting.
