Life Defense Fund discuss next step in abortion case

RAPID CITY, S.D.(HubCityRadio)-  Back on Friday, the South Dakota Supreme Court overruled the decision made by circuit dudge John Pekas who dismissed the abortion case and claim they should have sued the Secretary of State’s Office instead.

Spokeperson for Life Defense Fund Caroline Woods commented on what they are trying to accomplish.
