ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- District 18 Representative Julie Auch was in Aberdeen Monday night to address her opposition to Referred Law 21.

After the South Dakota Legislature passed SB201, Representative Auch went to the Legislative Research Council & relayed a comment made by a lawyer representing them had to say.

Auch went into specifics about the bill starting with Section 2 that dealt with the $1 per lineage feet the pipeline would be going through.

Auch next talks about Section 4 that really got under her skin.

Auch moved on to Section 6 that dealt with local control.

Looking ahead to 2025, Representative Auch commented on why no summer study has been done to address eminent domain.
