ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Last week, Protecting SD Kids was in Aberdeen talking about their opposition to IM29 which would legalize recreational marijuana.

The Executive Director of the South Dakotans for Better Marijuana Laws, Matthew Schweich reacted to what they say.

Schweich compared this measure to IM27 which failed in 2022 when it was on the ballot.

While Protecting SD Kids was here in Aberdeen, Schweich was in Rapid City testifying in front of the South Dakota Tribal Relations Committee in support of IM29.

Schweich talks about how the measure would have a positive impact to the tribal communities.

Schweich started addressing some of the allegations made by the President of Protecting SD Kids, Jim Kinyon.

Schweich talks about where money is coming from to campaign in support of IM29.

Last week, Schweich held a press conference discussing concerns about a misleading ad done by Protecting SD Kids.
