Clark County Landowner needs help finding person responsible for Bull Elk shootings

A Clark County landowner is putting up a reward of $1,000 to any information leading to the arrest and conviction of the crimes committed against his bull elk herd.
Between Wednesday morning November 13th and Friday morning November 15th, a captive bull elk was shot inside a fence in Crandall, SD and left to lay. The landowner arrived Friday morning to find his herd bull shot and left for dead inside the penned area.
If you have any information in regards to this heinous act please contact the Clark County Sheriff’s Office at 605-882-6210 or Wildlife Conservation Officer Zach Thomsen at 605-881-2260. This is the second bull that has been shot from the herd and left to parish.
