PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Wednesday, the South Dakota Senate State Affairs Committee will be hearing five bill introduced by District 1 Senator Michael Rohl. They are the following:
SB9 -make public the calendars and appointment logs of certain public officials.
SB10 – shorten the time before records of a Governor or a lieutenant governor are opened to the public.
SB11 – limit the amount of money that a political committee may accept from an inactive candidate campaign committee.
SB12 – limit the amount of money that may be loaned to a candidate or political committee.
SB17 – clarify when a political committee must file certain campaign finance disclosure statements.
