ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Aberdeen City Council on Monday night addressed ordinances dealing with regulations associated with the Planning & Zoning Commission.

Aberdeen Community Development Director Ken Hubbart first ordinance dealt with variances.

Hubbart second ordinance addressed special exceptions.

Both ordinances were passed on 9-0 votes.  Second reading of each ordinances will be on Monday, March 3rd.
