PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Crossover day was Tuesday at the South Dakota Legislature.  Bills needed to clear their respective chamber by the end of the day.  Update on bills District 23 legislators primed this session.

Senator Mark Lapka:

Senator Lapka primed no bills in the Senate but is primed to HB1052(No eminent domain for CO2 pipeline) and that has cleared the South Dakota House.

Representative Scott Moore:

Representative Moore primed no bills in the House, did do a commeration(HC8010 celebrating 68 years of Little People of America)

Representative Spencer Gosch:

Representative Gosch primed 4 bills.

HB1165(Refund on assessment of crops)- passed SD House on 40-30 vote
