PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Tuesday night, the South Dakota Senate State Affairs heard HCR6009.  The resolution request the attorney general to file a lawsuit against the People’s Republic of China and related parties to seek damages related to the COVID-19 global pandemic.

Prime sponsor of the resolution was Represenatative Brandei Schaefbauer of Aberdeen.
