ABERDEEN, SD (HubCityRadio.com) – While it may be spring in Aberdeen, we’ll all blink our eyes and the football season will be here. On Tuesday, the Aberdeen Roncalli Cavaliers football team released their schedule for the 2025 season. The Cavaliers will open up the season on August 22^nd at Dacotah Bank Stadium against the Clark/Willow Lake Cyclones. The following week, the Cavs will enjoy a bye week on August 29^th. Roncalli has just one home game in the month of September, as they will hit the road the next two weeks against Deuel & Mobridge-Pollock on the 5^th & 12^th of September, respectively. The Cavs return home on September 18^th against the Miller Rustlers, before hitting the road on September 26^th for an NEC tilt against the Webster Area Bearcats. Homecoming is slated for October 3^rd against the Groton Area Tigers; on the road in Milbank against the Bulldogs on October 10th & then they’ll wrap up their regular season on October 17^th against the Sisseton Redmen. The Aberdeen Roncalli Cavaliers will once again be carried on “Pheasant Country 103″ in the autumn of 2025; the Cavs are coming off of a 6-3 season and a first round exit in the Class 11B playoffs.
