PIERRE, S.D.(DRGNews)- The 2025 South Dakota Governor’s Agricultural Summit is being held on June 17-18, in Deadwood.
State Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources Secretary Hunter Roberts says the first day includes a full lineup of speakers and presentations.
Roberts says Alan Hojer (hoy-er) with the South Dakota Ag Foundation will share details about their “Keep Farmers Farming” program.
The second day of the Ag Summit will include a tour focusing on forestry management from tree growth to finished product.
Registration for the Governor’s Ag Summit is open and the event is free to attend. Pre-registration is required to ensure there’s enough space, food and informational handouts for all in attendance.
